Mediaspec is the trading name of MS North Limited. We are registered in the UK, Company No. 226089, VAT Number 789 599 19.

Placing An Order With Us
We accept online payments by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
For other methods of payment please get in touch with us.
All goods and services are sold in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The purpose of this directive is to ensure that the consumer is given clear and accurate information about the goods and services supplied by the retailer to help give consumers confidence when buying online.
Mediaspec reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholder's billing address. Your credit/debit card will be charged by Mediaspec at the time of order in order to secure the goods. No property or title of the goods shall pass from Mediaspec to the customer until payment has been received in full.
We may refuse to accept an order if:
- Goods are no longer available.
- There has been a pricing or product description error.
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or suspect fraud.
- You do not meet eligibility criteria for special pricing as laid out on this site.
Prices on this site are in Pounds Sterling and include all applicable taxes at current rates. They do not include any shipping charges.
The description of the goods on our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the goods. When an order has been submitted on the website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay. Prices are reviewed regularly and, though we try to ensure that all prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. In the event that we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order and you will not be charged, or will receive a full refund.
If we are unable to supply a product, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Mediaspec cannot be held responsible for differences in the manufacturer's imagery and the actual product.
Delivery
Delivery times for orders will vary according to availability of products and will be presented to you during the checkout process. Mediaspec use mainly DPD couriers to collect our packages from our depot, and if required, customers can obtain a DPD tracking number to allow the tracking of their parcel. If your email address is provided at the time of purchase, we usually pass this information to DPD, who will email you an expected time of arrival within a one-hour timeframe.
On the day of delivery, our courier, DPD, will arrive with your order. It is important that someone is available to accept delivery of the parcel. If it is being delivered to a business address, it is your responsibility to ensure that any reception staff are authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
We would urge you to inspect the parcel on delivery to ensure that it has not been damaged in transit, and refer you to the terms and conditions of using DPD. By placing an order with us you accept these conditions of carriage.
It is worthwhile inspecting the items for damage before you sign for delivery. Please note that damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. Unfortunately, courier companies insist that collections cannot be made from their depot.
Delivery is during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, and normally by 2-day courier (some parts of Scotland and Ireland may take longer). Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
If you are not in when the courier attempts to deliver, they will leave a card through your door with a contact telephone number so that you can re-arrange delivery.
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer will not be re-sent until any additional postage costs have been paid by the customer. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer, for whatever reason, will only be re-sent at the customer's expense.
The customer is responsible for the goods from the time of delivery, and liability to insure the goods then rests with the customer.
Delivery Costs
UK Mainland Customers:
The correct default shipping charges will be automatically calculated in your shopping basket, and any additional shipping options will be presented to you during checkout.
If you wish to arrange delivery outside of the UK mainland, please get in touch with us by phone or email.
Cancellations, Returns & Warranty Repairs
We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason an order you have received is incorrect, damaged or faulty, please call us on 01355 272 500 or email sales@mediaspec.co.uk and one of our specialists will be in touch with a resolution.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and undamaged in any way.
Unless the product is faulty, the following conditions must be met to qualify for an exchange or refund:
- Original packaging must be retained, sealed and undamaged.
- No parts or accessories from the original shipment can be missing.
- The product must not be registered with the manufacturer to your name or any other name.
- Unless the product is faulty or not as described, the original delivery charge is non-refundable.
- The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
- We cannot refund any additional charges paid for a premium delivery service at the point of ordering (e.g. AM or Saturday delivery).
- We cannot refund the delivery cost for international orders outside of the UK.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Orders returned outside of this returns policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
We do not accept refunds on the following products due to their nature:
- Gift Cards / Vouchers.
- Digital Downloads / Software Licence Keys.
- Boxed computer software that has been opened and had licence keys redeemed.
- Products which have been specially ordered or custom-built for you.
- Products that may have come into contact with the eyes, nose, ears or mouth, such as microphones or headphones.
If goods are returned in poor condition, or if the packaging is damaged such that it cannot be re-sold as new, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product value.
Warranty Repairs
All new items supplied by Mediaspec are supplied with a minimum one-year warranty.
If your order develops a fault within the first month of use, we will help you troubleshoot the problem remotely. If the issue cannot be resolved, the customer is responsible for sending the unit back to Mediaspec for assessment.
To arrange the return of a warranty item, please contact our support team on 01355 272 500 or support@mediaspec.co.uk, who will guide you through the process. Once the item is returned, it will be assessed by an expert and, if possible, repaired in-store. If this is not possible, the goods will be shipped back to the supplier for assessment and repair.
Although we always strive to obtain an ETA for warranty repairs, this is not always possible. We will endeavour to obtain regular updates from the supplier and will keep you informed whenever we receive information on your repair.
In most cases, goods returned under warranty are repaired rather than replaced. Where a repair is not possible, we will arrange a replacement on a like-for-like basis.
If a courier collection has been arranged for any item found not to be faulty upon inspection, we reserve the right to charge a fee of £25.00. If issues with an item are found to have been caused by misuse or neglect, these will not be covered under warranty and we reserve the right to refuse a return on these grounds.
