EUCON 2026.3 New And Improved Features

EUCON 2026.3 introduces:

• PECDIR Multi-linking that lets you create up to 24 linked groups per post module that can be used to easily, solo, mute, monitor, and drop tracks into record—even across multiple recorders (S6/S4)
• Avid Control Universe View that allows all meters to be active (Control app)

Updated Master Post Module Multi-Track (MPM) Linking (S4 & S6 Only) - You can now create up to 24 track links per Post Module per Layout. These track links work similarly to the previous single-track link. Tracks may be in more than one link, and links may have multiple Masters. Note that there are no changes with how Record Master works. Note that the Links are per Post Module even in mirrored mode. Mirror mode and non-mirror mode have independent links. In addition, Links work across multiple Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) or Recorders.

New Help & Promotions Menu - You can now easily access the Avid Help & Promotions website within the Avid Control app. In your Avid Control app, tap the gear icon, then tap Settings > Help & Promotions. You will be directed to the Avid EUCON Control Surfaces and App Resources and Promos page. Check back often to see current offers and promotions.

New Option to Reorder Macros in EuControl Softkey Editor - You can now organise your Softkey commands by moving them up and down your Softkey list. This feature comes in handy when you have multiple commands, and you selected a command by mistake, you don't have to delete and recreate your Softkey list.

New Universe and Markers Preference - You now have the option to enable Universe View Shows All Meters on your Avid Control app. To access this feature, tap the gear icon or Settings > Tap Universe and Meters > Use the toggle button to turn on or off Universe View Shows All Meters.

EUCON Bug Fixes in EuControl 2026.3

Avid Control

• A remote tablet didn't remember the Soft Key page when EuControl was closed and relaunched.

• On a small tablet in portrait mode, the channel tab drop-down menu buttons remained accessible when the menu was collapsed.

• Bug Number: GWSW-18667. The Attention Fader had no Meter if Avid Control has an active track type filter that didn't include the track type of the currently attentioned track.

EuControl

• (For Pro Tools 26.4) The EuCon app Soft Key was not applying the correct Fade Preset.

• The S3 Bank/Nudge LEDs didn't light.

• Footswitch Key command soft keys didn't work in non-EuCon applications.

• (For macOS or iOS) After changing networks on an iPad, EuControl reported the wrong IP address for the iPad, and Avid Control wouldn't attach.

• The macOS Soft Key editor will move the text caret to the end of the string on each edit.

Avid S4/S6

• The MPM print master logic needed to ignore tracks without input or record functions.

• Assigning height to the opposite joystick was intermittent.

• The stereo MJM joystick graph was missing the right centre speaker.

• The Workstation was not focused when selecting tracks from the DAW.

• Prevented saving titles and user settings over each other.
