Professor Dario Sinforiani
Dario coordinates the video production modules and teaches on degrees in Film & Media and Journalism. He has taught practical television and film making since 2004, combining teaching with an active career in production.
With experience spanning the entire production and post-production process, he has produced, shot, and edited numerous factual and sports programmes for broadcast while working extensively in the corporate market.
An experienced trainer, Dario has run short courses for a range of production and media companies, as well as developing and delivering courses on video content for multiplatform production to media professionals across Scotland.
He has contributed to curriculum development with the Scottish Qualifications Authority and spent a year as Manager of the Skillset Academy network in Scotland. Committed to building links between industry and education, Dario is advancing developments in this area at Stirling.
