Taryn Calverey is a Colourist and Online Editor at Blazing Griffin Post Production.

Starting her career in South Africa, she quickly gained a loyal client base and an extensive credit list both locally and internationally across scripted and unscripted.
She then bravely decided to venture into the UK market, where her talent, professionalism, and attention to detail made her an invaluable creative partner, trusted by industry leaders to bring their visions to life.

Her recent successes include being shortlisted for ‘Excellence in Grading (Unscripted)’ at the 2025 Broadcast Tech Innovation Awards for her work on the landmark series “Human” for BBC Studios.
Taryn’s innate ability to harness the emotional and narrative power of colour is evident in her striking and immersive visuals. She elevates every frame with her unique skill set.
Earlier this year, a scripted film for TV project she was colourist on, “Primrose Railway Children”, won ‘Best Children’s’ at the RTS Scotland Awards.
And this past summer, two feature films that Taryn graded, namely "Grow" and "Glenrothan" had world premieres at the Edinburgh and Toronto Film Festivals, respectively.
